CenturyLink-Approved 911 Location definition

CenturyLink-Approved 911 Location means Customer’s current 911 location that is displayed on the My 911 Location page of the MyAccount: VoIP portal, which may be the 911 location of a Customer PPU, or an updated temporary location that CenturyLink has previously approved. Service may only be used at a CenturyLink-Approved 911 Location.

Examples of CenturyLink-Approved 911 Location in a sentence

  • Customer will notify all End Users (a) of the limitations on access to 911 emergency service described in the Agreement and this Service Exhibit; and (b) that access to 911 emergency service and an appropriate PSAP is only available at the CenturyLink-Approved 911 Location and is not available using an IP enabled mobile device.

  • Worksite location means a construction site or other temporary worksite in this state at which the employer provides services for more than twenty days during the calendar year. "Worksite location" does not include the home of an employee.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
