Central point of coordination administrator means CPC administrator as defined at rule 441—25.11(225C).
Medication administration means the direct application of medications by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means to an individual receiving services by (i) persons legally permitted to administer medications or (ii) the individual at the direction and in the presence of persons legally permitted to administer medications.
Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
Services Coordinator means an employee of the community developmental disability program or other agency that contracts with the county or Division, who is selected to plan, procure, coordinate, monitor Individual Support Plan services, and to act as a proponent for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Multiphase professional services contract means a contract for the providing of professional
Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.
PJM Liaison means the liaison established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.I.
Reliability Coordinator or “RC” shall mean the entity that is the highest level of authority who is responsible for the reliable operation of the Bulk Electric System, has the wide area view of the Bulk Electric System, and has the operating tools, processes and procedures, including the authority to prevent or mitigate emergency operating situations in both next day analysis and real-time operations. The Reliability Coordinator has the purview that is broad enough to enable the calculation of Interconnection Reliability Operating Limits, which may be based on the operating parameters of transmission systems beyond any Transmission Operator’s vision.
SARON Administrator means the SIX Swiss Exchange AG (or any successor administrator of the Swiss Average Rate Overnight).
Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.
Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.
Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region. Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.
Airport Manager means that term as defined in section 2 of the aeronautics code of the state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.2.
SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.
District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.
Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.
Supervisory Servicer means Xxx Xxxxxx Investment Advisory Corp. and its successors in interest, or any successor portfolio supervisor appointed as hereinafter provided.
Program Administrator means the person retained by the Wisconsin PACE Commission as provided in subsection (5)(b).
Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
Special Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Special Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Special Servicer under this Agreement.
Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.
Program Manager refers to the professional management firm selected by the Owner as the Owner’s representative for the Project, and its employees and consultants.
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:
System Administrator means a person named by the Customer to be the Customer’s point of contact with BT for matters relating to the management of the Service.
Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
