System Administrator definition

System Administrator means a person named by the Customer to be the Customer’s point of contact with BT for matters relating to the management of the Service.
System Administrator means an employee or contractor of Customer who manages Customer’s use of the Software Solution by authorizing Users and otherwise uses the administrative functions of the Platform.
System Administrator means the individual identified as such in the Quote or such substitute designated and notified by Customer to RIB under section 5(b) from time to time in accordance with RIB’s then-current procedures.

  • Customer shall notify Company immediately, by telephone and in writing, to disable access to the Licensed Materials if System Administrator is terminated or otherwise is no longer eligible to use the Licensed Materials pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that the System Administrator, utilizing mechanisms provided therefor within the Platform, will have the sole responsibility for authenticating and provisioning access to the Licensed Materials for other Authorized Users (subject to the number of competitors and judges set forth in the Registration and any applicable Order Form) and for disabling access to the Licensed Materials for Authorized Users.

  • Customer shall be responsible for maintaining the user ID and resetting the password for the System Administrator if the person responsible for such account for Customer is terminated or otherwise is no longer eligible to use the Platform.

System Administrator means the individual(s) named as such on the Order Form or their replacement(s) as notified to GBG by the Client who will be familiar with the use of the Service and be the first point of contact for all Permitted Users of the Service.
