Cdn. Borrowing Base definition

Cdn. Borrowing Base means, in respect of Lower Lakes, as of any date of determination thereof by the Agent from time to time, an amount equal to (a) eighty five percent (85%) of the amount of Eligible Cdn. Accounts, less (b) any Reserves established in accordance with Section 1.6, in each case as at the date of determination.
Cdn. Borrowing Base has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).
Cdn. Borrowing Base means, in respect of Cdn. Borrower, as of any date of determination thereof by the Agent from time to time, an amount equal to (a) eighty-five percent (85%) of the amount of Eligible Cdn. Accounts, plus (b) the lesser of (i) ninety percent (90%) of the Net Book Value of Eligible Cdn. Vessels (as set forth in Cdn. Borrower’s most recent report delivered to Agent pursuant to item (b)(ii) of Annex F) and (ii) eighty-five percent (85%) of the Orderly Liquidation Value of Eligible Cdn. Vessels set forth in the most recent appraisal of such Cdn. Vessels accepted by Agent pursuant to item (e) of Annex F, plus (c) at the US Borrower Agent’s election, the Allocated US Availability (if any) at the time of determination, less (d) any Reserves, in each case as at the date of determination.

  • Canadian Borrowing means a Borrowing of Canadian Loans.

  • Borrowing Base Value means, with respect to any Oil and Gas Property of a Credit Party or any Swap Agreement in respect of commodities, the value the Administrative Agent attributed to such asset in connection with the most recent determination of the Borrowing Base as confirmed by Required Lenders.

  • Borrowing Availability means as of any date of determination the Maximum Amount less the sum of (i) the Revolving Loan and Swing Line Loan then outstanding and (ii) the Reserves as then in effect.

  • Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Revolving Facility Loans of the same Class.

  • Revolving Loan Availability means, at any time, the Revolving Loan Limit minus the Revolving Loan Outstandings.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Revolving Credit Availability means, at any particular time, the amount by which the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment at such time exceeds the Revolving Credit Obligations outstanding at such time.

  • ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Revolving Loans.

  • Revolving Loan Limit means, at any time, the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment and (b) the Borrowing Base.

  • Total Borrowings means, in respect of the Corporation on a consolidated basis, as of a given date, the aggregate of the following, without duplication:

  • Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.

  • Canadian Revolving Commitment means the commitment of a Lender to make or otherwise fund any Canadian Revolving Loan and to acquire participations in Canadian Letters of Credit and Swing Line Loans hereunder and “Canadian Revolving Commitments” means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate. The amount of each Lender’s Canadian Revolving Commitment, if any, is set forth on Schedule 1.01(c) or in the applicable Assignment Agreement or Joinder Agreement, as applicable, subject to any adjustment or reduction pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The aggregate amount of the Canadian Revolving Commitments as of the Restatement Date is $10,000,000.

  • Initial Borrowing means the first Borrowing made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Borrowing Limit has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a)(i).
