  • Any Transferred Employee who is terminated as a result of a reduction in force or change in operational practices prior to the end of the CBA Term will be entitled to the benefits set forth in Schedule 5.8(g).

  • The provisions of this contract will govern the relationship between Player and the Team unless there are conflicting provisions in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Settlement Agreement, the CBA Term Sheet, or any other collective bargaining agreement in existence during the term of this contract.

  • Player and the Team represent that no other agreement, oral or written, exists between them, except as specifically incorporated in this contract, or except as to a contract for non-football-related services that has been or will be provided to the AFL as provided in the CBA Term Sheet or any other collective bargaining agreement in existence during the term of this contract.

  • a term s notice" means written notice given not later than the first day of the term preceding the term to which the notice relates;

  • Project Term means the period from the Signature Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first;

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
