Catch-Up Eligible Employee definition

Catch-Up Eligible Employee means, with respect to a Plan Year, an Eligible Employee who is eligible to make Elective Contributions under Section 4.2 and who has attained or will attain age 50 before the end of such Plan Year.
Catch-Up Eligible Employee means, with respect to a Plan Year, a Covered Employee who is a Participant and who has attained age 50 or who will attain age 50 before the end of such Plan Year.

  • Non-Key Employee means any Employee who is not a Key Employee.

  • Inactive Participant means each Participant (other than a Retired Participant, Deceased Participant or Disabled Participant) who is not in active service as an Outside Director and is not actively employed by a Participating Company.

  • U.S. Participant means a Participant who is a citizen of the United States or a resident of the United States, as defined in section 7701(a)(30)(A) and section 7701(b)(1) of the Code and any other Participant who is subject to tax under the Code with respect to compensatory awards granted pursuant to the Plan;

  • Covered Employee means an employee who is a “Covered Employee” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.

  • Separates from Service or “Separation from Service” means the Participant’s termination of service as a non‑employee director and as an employee of UGI for any reason other than death and shall be determined in accordance with section 409A of the Code.

  • Retired Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has become entitled to retirement benefits under the Plan.

  • Deferral Date means the date Fees would otherwise have been paid to the Participant.
