Cash Dividend per Share definition

Cash Dividend per Share means, as of any Business Day, with respect to any Fund Share Class, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is (i) the sum of all Dividends of the Fund paid by the Fund in cash (and for the avoidance of doubt, not reinvested in additional shares of the Fund) on such Business Day in respect of such Fund Share Class, and, the denominator of which is (ii) the total number of shares of such Fund Share Class that are outstanding as of the close of business on such Business Day.
