Cash Confirmation Letter definition

Cash Confirmation Letter means the financing confirmation letter (Finanzierungsbestätigung) issued by Credit Suisse International, Frankfurt Branch in the form prescribed by WpÜG.
Cash Confirmation Letter means each of the letters entered into between, among others, the respective Parties and the Financial Adviser dated on or prior to the date of the Rule 2.7 Announcement in respect of the Financial Adviser's confirmations given pursuant to Rules 2.7(d) and 24.8 of the Code;
Cash Confirmation Letter means the performance guarantee set out by article 37-bis of the Consob Issuers Regulations by which the Confirming Bank irrevocably undertakes, for the Bidder’s interest, to guarantee the payment of the Offer Price for each Shares tendered to the Tender Offer up to a maximum amount equal to the Overall Consideration in case of Bidder’s breach.
