Cash Confirmation Letter means the financing confirmation letter (Finanzierungsbestätigung) issued by Credit Suisse International, Frankfurt Branch in the form prescribed by WpÜG in connection with the Take-over Offer or, as the case may be, the Mandatory Offer.
