Cash Accumulation Period definition

Cash Accumulation Period. A period described as such in Section 6.3.1 of the Certificate Issuance Order.
Cash Accumulation Period for the 2005-A Certificates will commence upon the occurrence of a Cash Accumulation Event and will terminate on the earliest to occur of:

The number of Accumulation Units in a Separate Account at any time is equal to the number of Accumulation Units purchased minus the number of Units redeemed in that Account up to that time. The number of Accumulation Units purchased or redeemed in a transaction is equal to the dollar amount of the transaction divided by the Account's Accumulation Unit Value for that Transaction Date.

  • Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, or any Class within a Series, a period following the Revolving Period during which principal is distributed to Investor Certificateholders, which shall be the controlled amortization period, the principal amortization period, the rapid amortization period, or other amortization period, in each case as defined with respect to such Series in the related Supplement.

  • Accumulation shall not exceed an amount equal to twice the annualized current vacation earnings rate of the employee. This is the employee’s “Maximum Balance.”

  • Payment Period means the three months following each Collection Quarter.

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2022-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.

  • Contribution Period means a period in respect of which contributions appropriate to the benefit in question are payable, have been paid or treated as paid under the legislation in question;
