Canpotex Auditors means the external auditors of Canpotex from time to time which, as at the Effective Date, are Deloitte LLP;
Canpotex Auditors means, at any time and from time to time:
Statutory Auditors means a firm of chartered accountants appointed in terms of Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1956 and acting as the statutory auditors of the Concessionaire.
Auditors means the auditors for the time being of the Company;
Independent Auditors has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Corporation’s Auditors means such firm of chartered accountants as the Corporation may have appointed or may from time to time appoint as auditors of the Corporation, including prior auditors of the Corporation, as applicable;
Purchaser's Accountants means Deloitte & Touche LLP, independent accountants of the Purchaser.
Seller’s Accountants means Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx.
Company’s Auditors means an independent firm of accountants duly appointed as auditors of the Company;
Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.
Buyer’s Accountants means Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP.
Deloitte means Deloitte LLP;
KPMG means KPMG LLP.
Statutory Auditor means the auditor of a Company appointed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 or under the provisions of any other applicable governing law;
PwC means PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Company Auditor means Xxxxx Xxxxx US, LLP (FKA: Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, LLP), with offices located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000.
Accountants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.7 hereof.
Independent Financial Consultant means a financial consultant or firm of such consultants generally recognized to be well qualified in the financial consulting field, appointed and paid by the District, who, or each of whom:
Auditor means the person for the time being performing the duties of auditor of the Company (if any).
Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Buyer Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
Independent Accountants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(a).
Independent Auditor has the meaning specified in subsection 7.01(a).
Reporting Accountants means the auditors of National Grid (but not acting in their capacity as auditors) or such other firm of accountants as may be nominated by National Grid and approved in writing by the Trustee for the purpose or, failing which, as may be selected by the Trustee for the purpose; and
Engineers Certificate" shall mean a certificate of the Consulting Engineers or of such other engineer or firm of engineers having a favorable repute for skill and experience in the engineering matters with respect to which such certification is required by this Master Indenture.
Accountant General means the officer of the National Treasury designated as the Accountant- General;
Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.
Independent Accounting Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(c).
