Canadian Overnight Rate definition

Canadian Overnight Rate means the Bank of Canada overnight rate, which is the rate of interest charged by the Bank of Canada on one-day loans to financial institutions, for such day.
Canadian Overnight Rate means the rate of interest per annum determined by the Canadian Facility Agent at its head office in Toronto, Canada from time to time at which overnight deposits in Canadian Dollars, in an amount approximately equal to the amount with respect to which such rate is being determined, would be offered for such day by the Canadian Facility Agent to major banks in the Canadian interbank market. The Canadian Overnight Rate for any day which is not a Business Day shall be the Canadian Overnight Rate for the preceding Business Day.
Canadian Overnight Rate means, as of any time, the most recent "BANK RATE" as then determined by the Bank of Canada.

Canadian Overnight Rate the Bank of Canada overnight rate, which is the rate of interest charged by the Bank of Canada on one-day loans to financial institutions, for such day. Canadian Pension Plan: a “registered pension plan,” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any other pension plan maintained or contributed to by, or to which there is or may be an obligation to contribute by, any Obligor in respect of its Canadian employees or former employees, excluding, for greater certainty, a Canadian Multi-Employer Plan. Canadian Prime Rate: on any date, the per annum rate of interest equal to the greatest of (a) the rate of interest in effect for such day or so designated from time to time by Bank of America (acting through its Canada branch) as its “prime rate” for commercial loans made by it in Canada in Canadian Dollars, such rate being a reference rate and not necessarily representing the lowest or best rate being charged to any customer; (b) the Canadian Overnight Rate for such day, plus 0.50%; or (c) the Canadian BA Rate for a 30-day interest period as determined on such day plus 1.00%. Any change in such rate announced by Bank of America (acting through its Canada branch) shall take effect at the opening of business on the day specified in the public announcement thereof.
