Under the terms of the Caldas Amalgamation Agreement, completion of the Caldas Private Placement and Caldas RTO, GCM acquired 36,250,100 common shares and 7,500,000 share purchase warrants of Caldas Gold, with the common shares controlled by the Company representing approximately 71.8% of the outstanding common shares of Caldas Gold at the time of closing of the Caldas RTO.
