By or under the direction of means services may be provided by an Educational Health Professional (EHP) under the direction of a physician, Advanced Practitioner of Nursing (APN) or Physician’s Assistant (PA). The EHP may be in the employ of the local school district or on a salary, fee-for-service or contractual basis.
