By-law Enforcement Officer definition

By-law Enforcement Officer means the officer or employee of the Corporation charged with the duty of enforcing the provisions of this by-law.
By-law Enforcement Officer means the officer or employee of the municipality appointed by the Corporation with the duty of administering and enforcing the provisions of all municipal by-laws.
By-law Enforcement Officer means the officer or employee of the Corporation for the time being charged with the duty of enforcing the provisions of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law of the Corporation.
