Civil Enforcement Officer definition

Civil Enforcement Officer means a person authorised by or on behalf of Lancashire County Council in accordance with Section 76 of the Traffic Management Act 2004;
Civil Enforcement Officer means any officer of the Council who is authorised to supervise and control vehicles in the parking places and enforce the provisions of this Order pursuant to Section 63A of the 1984 Act;
Civil Enforcement Officer means a person authorised by or on behalf of the Council to supervise any parking place;

Examples of Civil Enforcement Officer in a sentence

  • Save as provided in Article 4 of this order no person shall, except upon the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or of a Civil Enforcement Officer, cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time along the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Order.

  • Where a Penalty Charge is payable, a Penalty Charge Notice shall be issued by a Civil Enforcement Officer in accordance with the Act of 2004.
