Buyer Trust definition

Buyer Trust shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.9(g) hereof.
Buyer Trust has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a).
Buyer Trust means the trust established or maintained by Buyer or a Buyer Affiliate, to hold the assets funding the Buyer Pension Plan.

  • Liquidation Trust means the trust created pursuant to the Liquidation Trust Agreement on the Effective Date in accordance with the Plan, the Confirmation Order and the Liquidation Trust Agreement.
