Business Owned Intellectual Property definition

Business Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned in whole or in part by any of the Sellers and that is included among the Acquired Assets.
Business Owned Intellectual Property means the Business Intellectual Property owned by Seller and primarily used or held for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.
Business Owned Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property that is owned or purported to be owned by (x) the Company as of the date hereof and (y) FilterCo as of the Closing related to the Business or proprietary to the Business and/or FilterCo, including without limitation all Registered Intellectual Property.

More Definitions of Business Owned Intellectual Property

Business Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned, in whole or in part, by Transferor and used in the Business or by any Acquired Company.

Business Owned Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property (a) owned by any of the Purchased Companies, or (b) owned by any Seller Entity (other than any of the Purchased Companies) and Related to the Business, including those Patents, Marks and Internet Properties, if any, listed on Section 1.1(b)(i) of the Seller Disclosure Schedules.
Business Owned Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property owned by the Company or the Asset Seller. “Business Plan” means any Plan to which the Company or the Asset Seller contributes or contributed to, is or was a party

  • Owned Intellectual Property means any and all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
