Building Control Officer definition

Building Control Officer means the person appointed or deemed to be appointed as a building control officer by a local authority in terms of section 5 of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act 103 of 1977);

Building Control Officer means any person who has been appointed by the Emakhazeni Local Municipality in terms of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards, 1977, or his delegated officials.
