Budgeted Investment definition

Budgeted Investment means an amount equal to the aggregate amount actually required for completion of the Project in accordance with the initial Project Budget, which is attached hereto as Exhibit C, less the aggregate amount of any debt financing obtained by the Company or its Subsidiaries in connection with the Project from any unrelated third party or from a Member, including Investor or an Affiliate of Investor.

All the Liquid Investments described in clauses (a) through (d) above shall have maturities of not more than 365 days from the date of issue.
