Boundary Lake Pipeline definition

Boundary Lake Pipeline means the residue gas pipeline owned by Westcoast and extending from the NOVA/Boundary Lake Interconnection to Compressor Station No. 1, and includes any residue gas laterals owned by Westcoast and connected to that pipeline.
Boundary Lake Pipeline means the residue gas pipeline owned by Westcoast and extending from the SE ¼ of Section 16, Township 85, Range 13, W6M in Alberta. to Compressor Station No. 1 and includes any residue gas laterals owned by Westcoast and connected to that pipeline.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
