Book Net Worth means the aggregate of the common and preferred stockholders' equity in the Borrower, determined in accordance with GAAP.
Book Net Worth means the excess of total assets of a Person and its consolidated Subsidiaries over Total Liabilities of such Person and its consolidated Subsidiaries determined in accordance with GAAP.
