Public Parent definition

Public Parent means PBF Energy Inc., a Delaware corporation, or any of its successors.

Public Parent means Clarivate Plc, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands.

Public Parent has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Acquisition Agreement”.
