Bona fide Domicile definition

Bona fide Domicile means a person's true, fixed, and permanent home and place of habitation for all purposes of living; it is the place where he/she intends to remain; and to which he or she expects to return when he or she leaves without intending to establish a new domicile elsewhere. A post office box address, or a college or university residence hall are not bona fide domiciles for the purposes of this policy.
