An employee working overtime on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday shall be allowed a 30 minute combined Rest Period/Crib Break after four hours work, such time to be paid as per subclause (d)i hereof, with a further 20 minute Crib break to be paid as per subclause (d)ii hereof if the overtime continues past 8 hours worked.
Further if by the first scheduled meal break amenities (e.g Crib Room) are not available for employees use the Company, will send employees home in accordance with clause 4.10(g) (below).
A Tool Crib Attendant will be required to make minor repairs to tools and equipment under their jurisdiction and make arrangements for their major repair as required.
During a Crib Break the employee will be available for duty as and when required and if necessary will interrupt the Crib Break and re-engage in active duty.
The Tool Crib Attendant will be compensated at the Foreperson rate of pay.
