Permanent home definition

Permanent home means that the applicant has proven the applicant's commitment to work and live within the normal construction labor market evidenced by one or more of the following:

Permanent home means the true and fixed home (legal domicile) of a person. It is the plage to which a person intends to return whenever he or she is absent.
