Nominated Company means a company selected by the Lenders’ Representative and proposed to the Authority for substituting the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of the Substitution Agreement;
Associated Company means any legal entity of which a person or company has direct or indirect Control and only as long as a person or company maintains direct or indirect Control.
Associated Companies : means any agent with delegated authority under Section 20 of these Terms and Conditions.
Affiliated Company means any company controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.
Competing Business means any person or entity that competes with the Company Group in the sale, marketing, production, distribution, research or development of Competing Products in the same markets.

Competitive integrated employment means work (including self-employment) that is performed on a full-time or part-time basis:
Combined Company means Holdco and its consolidated subsidiaries after giving effect to the Business Combination.
Competitive Business means any firm, partnership, joint venture, corporation and/or any other Person, and/or any licensee of such entity, that develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, provides, offers, or sells any services or products substantially similar to First Party’s services or products.
Restricted Company means any of the foregoing.
Generating Company means any company or body corporate or association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, or artificial juridical person, which owns or operates or maintains a generating station;
Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million;
Designated Company means any Subsidiary or Affiliate that has been designated by the Administrator from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan. For purposes of the 423 Component, only the Company and its Subsidiaries may be Designated Companies, provided, however that at any given time, a Subsidiary that is a Designated Company under the 423 Component will not be a Designated Company under the Non-423 Component.
Associated Entity means an entity that is not part of the law practice but which provides legal or administrative services to a law practice, including but not limited to:
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Enterprise means the Company and any other corporation, constituent corporation (including any constituent of a constituent) absorbed in a consolidation or merger to which the Company (or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries) is a party, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent.
BHC Affiliate has the meaning assigned to the term “affiliate” in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 U.S.C. §1841(k).
Corporate Affiliate means any parent or subsidiary corporation of the Corporation (as determined in accordance with Code Section 424), whether now existing or subsequently established.
Competing Services means to provide, manage, supervise, or consult about (whether as an employee, owner, partner, stockholder, investor, joint venturer, lender, director, manager, officer, employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative or agent, or otherwise) any services that are similar in purpose or function to services you provided to the Company in the two year period preceding the termination of your employment, that might involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information, or that would involve business opportunities related to Relevant Products.
Affiliated Entities means any legal entity, including any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, not-for-profit corporation, estate planning vehicle or trust, which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by the Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse, of which such Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse are beneficial owners, or which is under joint control or ownership with any other person or entity subject to a lock-up agreement regarding the Common Stock with terms substantially identical to this Agreement.
Affiliated Entity means any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with an Insured.
Affiliated group of corporations means an affiliated group as defined in section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, except that, if such a group includes at least one incumbent local exchange carrier that is primarily engaged in the business of providing local exchange telephone service in this state, the affiliated group shall not include any incumbent local exchange carrier that would otherwise be included in the group.
Competitive when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans constituting such Borrowing, are made pursuant to Section 2.04.
