Bear River means the Bear River and its tributaries from its source in the Uinta Mountains to its mouth in Great Salt Lake;
Bear River has the meaning set forth in the Preamble to this Agreement. "BUSINESS DAY" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or other day on which commercial banks in the State of Texas are authorized or required by law or executive order to close.
