BBA Deliverables definition

BBA Deliverables means, with respect to any Proposed Borrowing Base Asset, the following items, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (unless otherwise specified) and in sufficient copies for each Lender:

Examples of BBA Deliverables in a sentence

  • Within 45 days after receipt by the Borrower of a Conditional Approval Notice (which period may be extended in the discretion of the Administrative Agent, at the Borrower’s request, for an additional 30 days without the approval of the Supermajority Lenders), the Borrower shall, at its expense, deliver (or cause to be delivered) to the Administrative Agent all applicable BBA Deliverables and Guarantor Deliverables.

  • Within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of a complete BBA Proposal Package, the Administrative Agent shall give notice to the Borrower of whether the Administrative Agent and the Supermajority Lenders have approved such Proposed Borrowing Base Asset as a Borrowing Base Asset subject to the delivery of all applicable BBA Deliverables and Guarantor Deliverables pursuant to the following sentence (any such notice comprising an approval, a “ Conditional Approval Notice ”).

Related to BBA Deliverables

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Pricing Services shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 7 of this Agreement.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.
