Basket Period definition

Basket Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

Basket Period means as applicable (i) the 3 year period beginning on the Closing Date (immediately following and giving effect to the Closing) and ending on the date which is the 3 year anniversary of the Closing Date (the “Initial Period”); and (ii) successive 3 year periods commencing from the date immediately following the last date of the Initial Period.

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and
