Basket Closing Value definition

Basket Closing Value means, in respect of the Basket and each Basket Calculation Day, the value of the Basket for such Basket Calculation Day as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the calculation methodology as set forth above in paragraph B.1 (Determination of the Basket Closing Value including the Basket Return) using the Closing Levels for such Basket Calculation Day.
Basket Closing Value means, in respect of the Basket, and a Basket Calculation Day (d), the value of the Basket for such Basket Calculation Day as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the calculation methodology as set forth above in section BCalculation of the ALPHA-BETA Strategy Closing Value and the ALPHA BETA Tradable Value” above using the Closing Levels for such Basket Calculation Day.

Examples of Basket Closing Value in a sentence

  • For the purposes of entering into, amending or terminating any obligation based on or linked to the Basket on any Trading Day (including the Scheduled Maturity Date), the Calculation Agent will use the Basket Tradable Value (instead of the Basket Closing Value) based on the Tradable Levels for each Component as set out in the Basket Table for such (and only such) Trading Day.

  • A.2 The B7 Strategy The B7 Strategy is an "out-performance" strategy that seeks to generate overall positive returns through certain “long” positions in each Strategy, and corresponding “short” positions in each Sub- Index, each such Strategy and Sub-Index as set forth in the column entitled “Component” in the Commodity Basket Table in section D (Determination of the Commodity Basket Closing Value and the Commodity Basket Tradable Value – General Definitions).

  • Unless otherwise specified, all capitalised terms in this section A.1 shall have the meanings as set forth in section B below (The Dollar Denominated Mechanism Closing Value) and section D (Determination of the Commodity Basket Closing Value and the Commodity Basket Tradable Value) below.

  • The B7 Strategy is rebalanced on each Rebalancing Date in accordance with the “Adjusted Weight Component (n)” formula as set out in section D (Determination of the Commodity Basket Closing Value and the Commodity Basket Tradable Value – Calculation of the Commodity Basket Closing Value - Adjusted Component Weight (n)) and as described in further detail in section E (Rebalancing) below.

  • The Strategies and Sub-Indices included in the Dollar Denominated Mechanism are the same as those included in the B7 Strategy, all as set forth in the Commodity Basket Table in section D (Determination of the Commodity Basket Closing Value and the Commodity Basket Tradable Value – General Definitions).

  • As of the Commodity Basket Inception Date, the Commodity Basket Closing Value was the Commodity Basket Initial Closing Value.

  • Basket TableThe following table constitutes the “Basket Table”: Determination of the Basket Closing ValueThe Basket Closing Value (also expressed as “A(d)”) for each Basket Calculation Day (d) shall be published on the Relevant Screen Page.

Related to Basket Closing Value

  • Closing Value means, as of a particular date, the value of a Share determined by the closing sales price for such Share (or the closing bid, if no sales were reported) as quoted on The New York Stock Exchange for the last market trading day prior to the date of determination, as reported in The Wall Street Journal or such other source as the Administrator deems reliable.

  • RI Closing Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, the Settlement Level (as defined in the Equity Linked Conditions) on such ST Valuation Date.

  • Ending Value shall, with respect to any Accounting Period, mean the value of the Company's Net Assets at the end of such Accounting Period (before giving effect to the Incentive Allocation and the Management Fee for such Accounting Period, but after giving effect to all other expenses for such Accounting Period).

  • Carrying Value means (a) with respect to a Contributed Property, the Agreed Value of such property reduced (but not below zero) by all depreciation, amortization and cost recovery deductions charged to the Partners’ Capital Accounts in respect of such Contributed Property, and (b) with respect to any other Partnership property, the adjusted basis of such property for federal income tax purposes, all as of the time of determination. The Carrying Value of any property shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Sections 5.5(d)(i) and 5.5(d)(ii) and to reflect changes, additions or other adjustments to the Carrying Value for dispositions and acquisitions of Partnership properties, as deemed appropriate by the General Partner.

  • Heating Value means the heat released by combustion of one pound of waste or fuel measured in Btu on an as received basis. For solid fuels, the heating value shall be determined by use of ASTM Standard D2015-66.

  • Closing Stock Price means the Stock Price as of the last day of any Performance Measurement Period.

  • Gross Heating Value means the total heat expressed in megajoules per cubic metre (MJ/m³) produced by the complete combustion at constant pressure of one (1) cubic metre of gas with air, with the gas free of water vapour and the temperature of the gas, air and products of combustion at standard temperature and all water formed by the combustion reaction condensed to the liquid state;

  • Closing Average Share Value means the average, over the trading days in the Closing Average Period, of the closing price of the company’s stock multiplied by the Accumulated Shares for each trading day during the Closing Average Period.

  • Parent Closing Price means the volume weighted average closing trading price of a share of Parent Common Stock on Nasdaq for the five consecutive trading days ending five trading days immediately prior to the date upon which the Merger becomes effective.

  • Highest Closing Price means the highest closing price for shares of Substitute Common Stock within the six-month period immediately preceding the date the Substitute Option Holder gives notice of the required repurchase of the Substitute Option or the Substitute Share Owner gives notice of the required repurchase of the Substitute Shares, as applicable.

  • Initial Closing Price means the RI Closing Value of a Reference Item on the Strike Date

  • Underlying Reference Closing Price Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the Closing Level in respect of such day.

  • Closing Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b), which aggregate purchase price shall be net of the underwriting discounts and commissions.

  • Post-Closing Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 1.9.3.

  • Available Basket Amount means, at any date of determination, an amount (which shall not be less than $0) determined on a cumulative basis equal to the difference between: (a) the sum (without duplication) of: (i) $35,000,000, plus (ii) Cumulative Consolidated Net Income (which shall not be less than zero), plus (iii) the aggregate amount of dividends and distributions received by Borrower or its Restricted Subsidiaries in the form of Cash or Cash Equivalents on or prior to such date from Investments acquired or made utilizing the Available Basket Amount, plus (iv) in the case of the redesignation of an Unrestricted Subsidiary as a Restricted Subsidiary after the Second Amendment Effective Date, the fair market value of the Investment in such Unrestricted Subsidiary at the time of the redesignation of such Unrestricted Subsidiary as a Restricted Subsidiary (which shall not exceed the original amount of such Investment), plus (v) the Net Cash Proceeds received from any issuance or sale of its Equity Interests occurring after the Closing Date (other than issuances of Disqualified Stock and issuances or sales pursuant to an employee stock ownership plan or other employee benefit plan and excluding Net Cash Proceeds of any issuance or sale of Equity Interests for a specifically identified purpose that were expended for such specifically identified purpose without a corresponding reduction of the Available Basket Amount), plus (vi) the after-tax amount (after taking into account any available tax credit or deductions and any tax sharing arrangements) of all Distributions received in Cash by the Loan Parties after the Closing Date that are attributable to their Equity Interests in any Joint Venture or any Subsidiary that is not a Subsidiary Guarantor, plus (vii) all Net Cash Sales Proceeds received from Dispositions permitted by this Agreement, minus (b) the aggregate amount of all Investments, Capital Expenditures, Distributions and payments in respect of Subordinated Obligations, in each case to the extent made after the Closing Date with amounts available under the Available Basket Amount.

  • Closing Cash Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Estimated Closing Cash has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Average Closing Price means the average of the closing market prices of a Share over the last five (5) Market Days on which transactions in the Shares were recorded on the SGX-ST immediately preceding the date of the Market Purchase by the Company or, as the case may be, the date of the making of the offer pursuant to the Off-Market Purchase, and deemed to be adjusted for any corporate action that occurs after the relevant five-day period; and

  • Post-Closing Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b)(ii).

  • Estimated Closing Indebtedness has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Final Closing Cash shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(g).

  • Gross Asset Value means, with respect to any asset, the asset’s adjusted basis for federal income tax purposes, except as follows:

  • Basket Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 10.5(b).

  • Closing Cash Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a)(i).

  • Closing Cash means the amount of Cash determined as of the close of business on the Closing Date.

  • Post-Closing Straddle Period means the portion of a Straddle Period beginning the day after the Closing Date.
