Initial Closing Price definition

Initial Closing Price means the RI Closing Value of a Reference Item on the Strike Date
Initial Closing Price means the RI Closing Value of a Reference Item on the Valuation Date, which shall be the Strike Date.

Initial Closing Price means, subject as referred to in relation to any Valuation Date, the RI Closing Value of a Reference Item on the Valuation Date, which for these purposes shall be the Strike Date.
