Closing Value definition

Closing Value means, as of a particular date, the value of a Share determined by the closing sales price for such Share (or the closing bid, if no sales were reported) as quoted on The New York Stock Exchange for the last market trading day prior to the date of determination, as reported in The Wall Street Journal or such other source as the Administrator deems reliable.
Closing Value means, with respect to an Index on any Trading Day, its Closing Level on that Trading Day, and with respect to a Fund on any Trading Day, its Fund Closing Price on that Trading Day.
Closing Value has the meaning given to it in Section 7.5(i) hereof.

Closing Value means in relation to a CFD the Closing Price multiplied by the Contract Quantity;
Closing Value. : On any Index Business Day means the closing value of the S&P 500 Index or any Successor Index at the regular official weekday close of any and all relevant exchanges and/or markets.
