Baseball Expert definition

Baseball Expert has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.19.

  • The decision of the Baseball Expert will be the sole, exclusive and binding remedy between them regarding the dispute submitted to such Baseball Expert.

  • In such event, the arbitrator may retain a Third Party expert with the same experience specified in Schedule F for the Baseball Expert to assist in rendering such decision, and the expenses of any such expert will be shared by the Parties as costs of the arbitration as provided in this Schedule I.

  • Audit Committee Financial Expert means a person who has the following attributes:

  • Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Relevant Dispute means any difference between the parties arising out of or in connection with this contract; "Relevant Force Majeure Event" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.1;

  • Expert Determination the process described in Paragraph 6 of Schedule 8.3 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

  • Subject Matter Expert means a person who has working or expert knowledge about a particular topic or field.

  • Neutral Accountant means a national independent accounting firm selected by Buyer and reasonably acceptable to Sellers.

  • Valuation Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(c)(ii).

  • CPA Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(c).

  • Audit Firm means a legal person or any other entity, regardless of its legal form, that is approved in accordance with this Directive by the competent authorities of a Member State to carry out statutory audits;

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

  • Independent Accountant means a nationally recognized accountant, or firm of accountants, that is, with respect to the Trust, an independent public accountant or firm of independent public accountants under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
