Award Term definition

Award Term means the maximum period of time during which an Award may be earned, exercised or purchased as set forth in Section 6.7 below.
Award Term means the maximum period during which a Participant may exercise, purchase, or otherwise benefit from an Award granted under this Plan.
Award Term means the period from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.

  • Requirements under this Award Term include filing subaward information in the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) Sub-award Reporting System (FSRS.gov) by the end of the month following the month in which the recipient awards any sub-grant equal to or greater than $30,000.

  • Accordingly, each award HUD makes under this NOFO will be subject to the requirements provided by the Award Term in Appendix A to 2 CFR part 170, “REPORTING SUBAWARD AND EXECUTIVE COMPENSATIONINFORMATION,” unless the Federal funding for the award (including funding that may be added through amendments) is not expected to equal or exceed $30,000.

More Definitions of Award Term

Award Term means the period from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.
