Available Interest Collections definition

Available Interest Collections means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount calculated by the Calculation Agent on the Calculation Date immediately preceding such Payment Date, equal to the Available Collections less the Available Principal Collections in respect of the Collection Period immediately preceding such Payment Date, less any Issuer Expenses provisioned for or paid by the Issuer outside of the Pre- Enforcement Interest Priority of Payment during the relevant Interest Period.
Available Interest Collections means, with respect to each Collection Period, an amount equal to the sum of:
Available Interest Collections for any Payment Date means the Interest Shortfall Deposit plus the product of the Interest Collections for that Payment Date and the Floating Allocation Percentage for that Payment Date.

Examples of Available Interest Collections in a sentence

  • If Series Available Interest Collections and other sums available for making interest payments in accordance with the Interest Priority of Payments are insufficient to pay interest on the FCT Notes on any Payment Date, there will be an Event of Default.

  • To the extent that the Issuer does not have sufficient Available Interest Collections to make payments then outstanding, there is a risk that there may be a shortfall in the funds available to the Issuer to meet all payments under the Notes.

Available Interest Collections for any Payment Date and a Loan Group means the Interest Shortfall Deposit plus the product of the Interest Collections for the Loan Group during the related Collection Period and the related Floating Allocation Percentage for the Payment Date.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales or dispositions attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees, prepayment fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Available Investor Principal Collections means with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Collateral Principal Collections and Reallocated Class B Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.12 are required to fund the Class A Required Amount and the Class B Required Amount, plus (c) the amount of Shared Principal Collections that are allocated to Series 1999-2 in accordance with subsection 4.13(b).

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Available Funds With respect to any Distribution Date and the Mortgage Loans to the extent received by the Master Servicer (x) the sum of (i) all scheduled installments of interest (net of the related Expense Fees) and principal due on the Due Date on such Mortgage Loans in the related Due Period and received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date, together with any P&I Advances in respect thereof; (ii) all Condemnation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries received by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period (in each case, net of unreimbursed expenses incurred in connection with a liquidation or foreclosure and unreimbursed Advances, if any); (iii) all partial or full prepayments on the Mortgage Loans received by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period together with all Compensating Interest paid by the Servicer in connection therewith (excluding any Prepayment Charges); (iv) all Substitution Adjustment Amounts with respect to the substitutions of Mortgage Loans that occur on or prior to the related Determination Date; (v) all amounts received with respect to such Distribution Date as the Repurchase Price in respect of a Mortgage Loan repurchased by the Mortgage Loan Seller or the Sponsor on or prior to the related Determination Date; and (vi) the proceeds with respect to the termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to clause (a) of Section 11.01; reduced by (y) amounts in reimbursement for Advances previously made with respect to the Mortgage Loans and other amounts as to which the Servicer, the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator or the Trustee are entitled to be paid or reimbursed pursuant to this Agreement.
