Available Investor Principal Collections definition

Available Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of all Collections of Principal Receivables received during such Monthly Period, plus (b) the amount of Miscellaneous Payments, if any, for such Monthly Period that are allocated to Series 2002-CC pursuant to Section 4.03 of the Agreement, plus (c) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2002-CC in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.04 hereof.
Available Investor Principal Collections means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Investor Principal Collections for the related Collection Period, plus (ii) any Available Investor Interest Collections, Series 20 - Reserve Account Available Amounts, Excess Interest Collections from other Series in Excess Interest Sharing Group One and Available Depositor Collections that, under Sections 4.2(a) and (b) of the Indenture Supplement, are to be treated as Available Investor Principal Collections for that Payment Date, plus (iii) the Series 20 - Excess Funding Amount, plus (iv) any Shared Principal Collections for other Series in Principal Sharing Group One (including any amounts in the Excess Funding Account that are made available to Series 20 - under the Indenture as Shared Principal Collections), plus (v) on the termination of the Series 20 - Reserve Account under Section 4.7(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, all remaining amounts in the Series 20 - Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings and after giving effect to Section 4.2(b)(iii)) of the Indenture Supplement, over (b) any Reallocated Principal Collections for that Payment Date.

More Definitions of Available Investor Principal Collections

Available Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) an amount equal to Investor Principal Collections for such Distribution Date, (b) Allocable Miscellaneous Payments with respect to such Distribution Date, (c) any funds remaining in the Yield Supplement Account at the beginning of the Accumulation Period or upon the occurrence of an Early Amortization Event and (d) on the Termination Date, any funds in the Reserve Fund after giving effect to Section 4.8.
