Available Interest definition

Available Interest. With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts with respect to the prior Monthly Period:
Available Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the total of the following amounts allocable to interest received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Receivables during the related Collection Period (computed by the simple interest method): (i) the sum of the interest component of all (a) collections on or in respect of all Receivables other than Defaulted Receivables, (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds, (c) Advances made by the Servicer, if any, (d) Warranty Purchase Payments, (e) Administrative Purchase Payments and (f) the Yield Supplement Withdrawal Amount, if any, for the related Payment Date, less (ii) the sum of all (a) amounts received on or in respect of a particular Receivable (other than a Defaulted Receivable) to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Interest Advances in respect of such Receivable and (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds with respect to a particular Receivable to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Interest Advances in respect of such Receivable.
Available Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the total of the following amounts allocable to interest received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Receivables during the related Collection Period (computed by the simple interest method): (i) the sum of the interest component of all (a) collections on or in respect of all Receivables other than Defaulted Receivables, (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds, (c) Advances made by the Servicer, (d) Warranty Purchase Payments, (e) Administrative Purchase Payments and (f) the Yield Supplement Withdrawal Amount, if any, for the related Payment Date, less (ii) the sum of all (a) amounts received on or in respect of a particular Receivable (other than a Defaulted Receivable) to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Interest Advances in respect of such Receivable and (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds with respect to a particular Receivable to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Interest Advances in respect of such Receivable.

Examples of Available Interest in a sentence

  • The aggregate Interest Component of all Advances made on any date shall equal the lesser of (i) the Available Interest Commitment on such date and (ii) the actual aggregate amount of interest, if any, accrued on the Commercial Paper Notes to be paid with the proceeds of such Loan.

  • The aggregate amount of the Purchase Price comprising interest on the Bonds (the “Interest Component”) purchased on any Purchase Date shall not exceed the lesser of (i) the Available Interest Commitment on such date or (ii) the actual aggregate amount of interest accrued on each such Bond, other than Defaulted Interest, to such Purchase Date; provided, however, that in the event the Purchase Date is also an Interest Payment Date, no accrued interest on such Bonds shall be included in the Purchase Price.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Section 4.1, in the event Borrower exercises its right to extend the term of the Notes, the interest rate shall be either the Available Interest Rate (as defined in the Notes) or the SWAP Rate, at the election of Borrower as provided in Borrower’s Notice.

  • The Interest Component of the Purchase Price so to be paid for Series 2016 Bonds on the First Initial Bonds Remarketing Date shall not exceed the Available Interest Commitment (calculated, in each case, without giving effect to any purchase of Series 2016 Bonds by a Purchaser on such date) at 11:00 a.m. (New York time) on such First Initial Bonds Remarketing Date.

  • The Available Interest Commitment may be adjusted from time to time downward by an amount that bears the same proportion to such amount as the amount of a reduction in the Available Principal Commitment pursuant to the definition of “Available Principal Commitment” bears to the Available Principal Commitment prior to such reduction.

Available Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the total of the following amounts allocable to interest received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Receivables during the related Collection Period (computed, in the case of Precomputed Receivables, by the actuarial method and, in the case of Simple Interest Receivables, by the simple interest method): (i) the sum of the interest component of all (a) collections on or in respect of all Receivables other than Defaulted Receivables (including the interest portion of Applied Payments Ahead, but excluding Payments Ahead to be applied in one or more future Collections Periods), (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds, (c) Advances made by the Servicer, (d) Warranty Purchase Payments, (e) Administrative Purchase Payments and (f) the Yield Supplement Withdrawal Amount, if any, for the related Payment Date, less (ii) the sum of all (a) amounts received on or in respect of a particular Receivable (other than a Defaulted Receivable) to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Interest Advances in respect of such Receivable and (b) Net Liquidation Proceeds with respect to a particular Receivable to the extent of the aggregate Outstanding Interest Advances in respect of such Receivable.
Available Interest means, for any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts received during the related Collection Period: (i) that portion of all collections on Receivables allocable to interest, (ii) without duplication of amounts described in clause (i), Net Liquidation Proceeds to the extent allocable to interest due on a Liquidated Receivable in accordance with the Servicer’s customary servicing procedures, (iii) all Advances made by the Servicer pursuant 2 (Nissan 2015-C Sale and Servicing Agreement) to Section 5.04, (iv) without duplication of any amounts described above in clauses (i) and (ii), the Administrative Purchase Payment of each Receivable that became an Administrative Receivable during the related Collection Period to the extent allocable to interest thereon, (v) without duplication of any amounts described above in clauses (i) and (ii), the Warranty Purchase Payment of each Receivable that became a Warranty Receivable during the related Collection Period to the extent allocable to interest thereon, (vi) in the case of an Optional Purchase, that portion of the Optional Purchase Price allocable to interest and (vii) the amount, if any, deposited into the Collection Account from the Reserve Account; provided, however, that in calculating Available Interest, amounts to be paid to the Servicer as reimbursement for Advances pursuant to Sections 5.06(c)(i), 5.06(c)(ii) and 5.06(d)(ii) on such Distribution Date shall be excluded.
Available Interest means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the total (without duplication) of the following amounts received by the Servicer on or in respect of the Contracts during the related Due Period: (i) all amounts received in respect of interest on the Contracts, (ii) the interest component of all Net Liquidation Proceeds, (iii) the interest component of the aggregate of the Reacquisition Prices for Contracts reacquired by the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 7.08, (iv) all Advances made by the Servicer pursuant to Section 7.03, (v) the interest component of all amounts paid by the Trust Depositor in connection with an optional reacquisition of the Contracts pursuant to Section 7.10, (vi) all amounts received in respect of Carrying Charges transferred from the Interest Reserve Account pursuant to Section 7.03, and (vii) all amounts received in respect of interest, dividends, gains, income and earnings on investment of funds in the Trust Accounts as contemplated in Section 5.05(d).
Available Interest means, for any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts received during the related Collection Period: (i) that portion of all collections on Receivables allocable to interest, (ii) without duplication of amounts described in clause (i), Net Liquidation Proceeds to the extent allocable to interest due on a Liquidated Receivable in accordance with the Servicer’s customary servicing procedures, (iii) all Advances made by the Servicer pursuant to Section 5.04, (iv) without duplication of any amounts described above in clauses (i) and (ii), the Administrative Purchase Payment of each Receivable that became an Administrative Receivable during the related Collection Period to the extent attributable to interest thereon, (v) without duplication of any amounts described above in clauses (i) and (ii), the Warranty Purchase Payment of each Receivable that became a Warranty Receivable during the related Collection Period to the extent attributable to interest thereon, and (vi) the Yield Supplement Deposit plus the sum of (x) reinvestment income on the Yield Supplement Account and (y) the amount, if any, deposited into the Collection Account pursuant to the second or third sentence of Section 5.08(b); provided, however, that in calculating Available Interest, amounts to be paid to the Servicer as reimbursement for Advances pursuant to Sections 5.06(c)(i), 5.06(c)(ii), 5.06(d)(i), 5.06(d)(ii), 5.06(e)(i) and 5.06(e)(ii) on such Distribution Date shall be excluded.
Available Interest for any Distribution Date shall exclude all payments and proceeds of any Receivables the Purchase Amount of which has been distributed on a prior Distribution Date.
Available Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the following amounts, without duplication, allocable to interest received or allocated by the Servicer on or in respect of the Receivables during the related Collection Period: (a) that portion of all collections on Receivables (excluding any collections constituting late fees, prepayment charges, deferment fees and other administrative fees or similar charges) allocable to interest (including the amount, if any, of Advances for that Collection Period, but excluding the amount, if any, of reimbursements of Advances previously made with respect to a Receivable to the Servicer from amounts received in respect of the Receivable), (b) the Administrative Purchase Payments or Warranty Purchase Payments with respect to each Receivable that became a Purchased Receivable purchased from the Trust with respect to the related Collection Period to the extent attributable to accrued interest on such Receivable (less the amount, if any, of reimbursements of Advances previously made with respect to a Receivable to the Servicer from Administrative Purchase Payments or Warranty Purchase Payments with respect to the Receivable), (c) Recoveries for such Collection Period to the extent allocable to interest, (d) Liquidation Proceeds for such Collection Period to the extent allocable to interest and (e) Net Investment Losses deposited by the Servicer; provided, however, that in calculating the Available Interest the following will be excluded: all payments and proceeds that are allocable to interest (including Liquidation Proceeds and Recoveries) of any Purchased Receivable, the applicable Purchase Amount of which has been included in the Available Interest in a prior Collection Period.
Available Interest means, for any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts for the related Collection Period: (a) that portion of the Collections on the Receivables received during the such Collection Period that is allocable to interest in accordance with Servicer's customary servicing procedures, (b) all Liquidation Proceeds received during the related Collection Period and (c) the Purchase Amounts, to the extent allocable to accrued interest, of all Receivables that are purchased by Servicer as of the last day of the related Collection Period. "Available Interest" for any Distribution Date shall exclude all payments and proceeds of any Receivables the Purchase Amount of which has been distributed on a prior Distribution Date.
