Available Class S Redemption Funds definition

Available Class S Redemption Funds means (i) on any Notes Purchase Date when the Class S Redemption Condition is not met, the Bridge Ledger Release Amount or (ii) on any Notes Payment Date on which the Class S Redemption Condition is met, the amount of the Available Revenue Funds remaining after all payments ranking above item (v) in the Revenue Priority of Payments have been made in full, if any.
Available Class S Redemption Funds means on any Notes Payment Date, the amount remaining of the Available Revenue Funds, if and to the extent that all payments ranking above item (s) in the Revenue Priority of Payments have been made in full.
Available Class S Redemption Funds means (i) on any Notes Payment Date on which the Class S Redemption Condition is met, the amount of the Available Revenue Funds remaining, if any, after all payments ranking above item (v) in the Revenue Priority of Payments have been made in full and (ii) on any other Notes Payment Date, zero.

Examples of Available Class S Redemption Funds in a sentence

  • Unless previously redeemed in full and provided that no Enforcement Notice has been served in accordance with Condition 10, on each Notes Payment Date the Issuer will be obliged to apply the Available Class S Redemption Funds to (partially) redeem on a pro rata basis, the Class S Notes, until fully redeemed, subject to Condition 9(b) (Principal).

  • Provided that no Enforcement Notice has been served in accordance with Condition 10 (Notices), on each Notes Payment Date the Issuer will, in accordance with Condition 6(c) (Redemption of the Class S Notes), be obliged to apply the Available Class S Redemption Funds to (partially) redeem the Class S Notes, until fully redeemed, subject to Condition 9(b) (Principal).

  • Prior to an Enforcement Notice, the Class S Notes will on each Notes Payment Date be redeemed in accordance with Condition 6(c) (Redemption of the Class S Notes) with the Available Class S Redemption Funds, if any, through the Revenue Priority of Payments.

  • Washington County anticipates selecting projects both on a rolling basis and with targeted Request for Proposals (RFP).

  • Provided that no Enforcement Notice has been served in accordance with Condition 10, on each Notes Payment Date the Issuer will, in accordance with Condition 6(c), be obliged to apply the Available Class S Redemption Funds to (partially) redeem the Class S Notes, until fully redeemed, subject to Condition 9(b) (Principal).

  • Prior to the delivery of an Enforcement Notice, the Class S Notes will on each Notes Payment Date be redeemed in accordance with Condition 6(c) (Redemption of the Class S Notes) with an amount equal to the Available Class S Redemption Funds, on a pro rata and pari passu basis within such Class, subject to Condition 9(b) (Principal).

  • On each Notes Payment Date, the Class S Notes will be subject to mandatory redemption (in whole or in part) in the circumstances set out in, and subject to and in accordance with, the Conditions through the application of the Available Class S Redemption Funds.

Related to Available Class S Redemption Funds

  • Redemption Account means, in respect of ETP Securities, a bank account to receive payments in the Relevant Currency of the Optional Redemption Amount in respect of the redemption of such ETP Securities, which account shall be:

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (i) 100% of the principal amount of the Debenture then outstanding, (ii) accrued but unpaid interest and (iii) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Mandatory Redemption Settlement Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the day on which the Issuer has received payment in full from the Margin Loan Provider of the amounts payable in respect of the termination of the LS Margin Account Agreement.

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.
