Authorized Participant Agreement definition

Authorized Participant Agreement means an agreement among the Trustee, the Sponsor and an Authorized Participant that authorizes the Authorized Participant to submit Purchase Orders and Redemption Orders under this Agreement.

Authorized Participant Agreement means each Authorized Participant Agreement (including the Procedures attached thereto) among the Authorized Participant, the Trustee and the Sponsor into which these Standard Terms shall have been incorporated by reference.

Authorized Participant Agreement means an agreement between the Distributor, on behalf of the Client, and an Authorized Participant governing the purchase and redemption of Creation Units.
