Authority Related Parties definition

Authority Related Parties means any of the following: (a) an officer, servant, employee or agent of the Authority, acting in that capacity; (b) any contractor or subcontractor of the Authority and their directors, officers, servants, employees, or agents, acting in that capacity; or (c) any Person acting on behalf of the Authority. For the avoidance a doubt, ‘Authority Related Parties’ does not include the Concessionaire.

Examples of Authority Related Parties in a sentence

  • Subject to the provisions of this Contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of the Contractor Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Contractor and the Authority shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of the Authority Related Parties as if they were the acts and omissions of the Authority.

  • Unless there are project specific reasons for agreeing to extend this to Authority Related Parties, Authorities should not be liable through the Compensation Events mechanism for the acts or omissions of WCAs as (i) the Contractor will be better placed than the Authority to manage the WCAs on site and (ii) in relation to Contract Waste (composition and volumes) the Contract provides other mechanisms to afford protection to the Contractor.

  • Company Related Parties means, collectively, (i) the Company and its Subsidiaries; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates, members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of the Company, its Subsidiaries and each of their respective Affiliates.

  • Company Related Party means the Company, its Subsidiaries and its affiliates and its and their respective affiliates’ stockholders, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives.

  • Purchaser Related Parties has the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Lender-Related Person means, with respect to any Lender, such Lender, together with such Lender’s Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.
