Authorised Associate means any employee authorised by Us to either sign Our Purchase Order, or raise an order by telephone, email, fax or other means. “Counterfeit” An unauthorized copy, imitation, substitute, or modified part (e.g., material, part, component), which is knowingly misrepresented as a specified genuine part of an original or authorised manufacturer.
