Attachment Application definition

Attachment Application means the Application made by an Attacher to an Owner for consent to attach such Attacher’s Attachments to the Owner’s Utility Pole or similar structure, or its guys and anchors, used to support communications.

Examples of Attachment Application in a sentence

  • Note: Each Pole Attachment Application Request Shall Not Exceed 125 Pole Attachments.

  • Application: means the written application, substantially in the form of Appendix A, Pole Attachment Application, the Licensee submits to Tacoma Power for placement or removal of Attachments.

  • Each Pole Attachment Application is limited to fifty (50) poles or less.

  • The inventory may not be used in lieu of a Pole Attachment Application.

  • If Licensee desires to place or remove Attachments on any Pole, the Licensee must submit to Tacoma Power an Application substantially in the form of Appendix A, Pole Attachment Application.

  • After processing an Attachment Application, Pole Owner shall inform Licensee that the Application has been approved or denied by returning the Application with an appropriate notation to Licensee at the address set forth in Article XI.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, City may at its option forthwith terminate this Agreement or any Wireless Attachment Application issued hereunder thirty (30) days after providing notice of non-compliance with this provision to Company if Company has not corrected such noncompliance within such thirty (30) day period.

  • City shall have the power at any time to order and require Company to remove or relocate any part of Company’s System that has been installed without a Wireless Attachment Application or that is dangerous to life or property, or to remove or relocate any part of Company’s System supported by a Pole of City if the Pole is removed or replaced by City.
