Utility Pole Sample Clauses

A Utility Pole clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, or installation of utility poles on a property. Typically, it outlines which party is responsible for the upkeep, repair, or relocation of the poles, and may specify access rights for utility companies or service providers. This clause ensures that both property owners and utility providers understand their obligations, thereby preventing disputes and facilitating the continued delivery of essential services such as electricity or telecommunications.
