Examples of ASX Group in a sentence

  • The rights of Pershing against the ASX Group in respect of any transaction in ETOs executed on ASX for which Pershing has the settlement obligations will be personal to Pershing, and the benefit of those rights will not pass to the client for whom the transaction was executed.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
