Assumed and Assigned Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease List means the list (as may be amended), as determined by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the ABL Facility Agent and the Required Term Loan Consenting Lenders, of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (including any amendments or modifications thereto) that will be assumed by the Reorganized Debtors and assigned pursuant to the provisions of Article V.A and which shall be included in the Plan Supplement.

  • Property Lease means any Depot Lease, any lease in respect of a Managed Station Area, any lease in respect of Shared Facilities or any Station Lease and any agreement or lease of a similar or equivalent nature (whether in respect of any such facility or otherwise) which the Franchisee may enter into with a person who has an interest in a network or a railway facility which is to be used for or in connection with the provision or operation of the Franchise Services;

  • Acquired Contracts has the meaning given in Section 2.1(a).

  • Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;
