Annex 1 AREA OF THE TRUST The Area of the Trust comprises the local government areas specified in each of the six constituencies set out below.
A qualifying local authority (which for the purpose of this paragraph 7.6 means a local authority for an area which includes the whole or part of the Area of the Trust) may appoint one Local Authority Governor by notice in writing signed by the leader of each respective Local Authority or a member of that Local Authority's executive, and delivered to the Secretary.
