Applicable Rate Determination definition

Applicable Rate Determination means each periodic operation of the process of determining the Applicable Rate for the VRDP Shares for a Subsequent Rate Period, as provided in the Remarketing Agreement and Part II of this Statement.
Applicable Rate Determination means each periodic operation of the process of determining the Applicable Rate for the shares of a Series of VRDP Shares for a Subsequent Rate Period, as provided in the VRDP Shares Remarketing Agreement and Part II of these Articles Supplementary.
Applicable Rate Determination means each periodic operation of the process of determining the Dividend Rate for the MFP Shares for a Subsequent Dividend Reset Period, as provided in the Remarketing Agreement and Section 2.2.

  • The Maximum Rate for shares of a Series of VRDP will depend on the long-term rating assigned to the VRDP Shares, the length of the Rate Period and whether or not the Fund has given notification prior to the Applicable Rate Determination for the Rate Period pursuant to Section 6 of Part II hereto that any ordinary income or capital gains will be included in the dividend on VRDP Shares for that Rate Period.

  • During the Special Rate Period, references in the Certificate of Designation and the other Related Documents to the “Applicable Rate Determination,” the “Applicable Rate,” a “Subsequent Rate Period” or a “Rate Determination Date,” in each case with respect to the VRDP Shares, shall be deemed to be references to the SRP Applicable Rate Determination, the SRP Applicable Rate, an SRP Calculation Period or an SRP Calculation Date, respectively.

  • The Applicable Rate will be reset on each Reset Date on the basis of the aggregate of the Margin and the Relevant Six Year Reset Rate on the relevant Applicable Rate Determination Date, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

Related to Applicable Rate Determination

  • Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day(i):

  • Pricing Rate Determination Date means with respect to any Pricing Rate Period with respect to any Transaction, the second (2nd) Business Day preceding the first day of such Pricing Rate Period.

  • Interest Rate Determination Date means, with respect to any Interest Period, the date that is two Business Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period.

  • Rate Determination Date means two (2) Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period (or such other day as is generally treated as the rate fixing day by market practice in such interbank market, as determined by the Administrative Agent; provided that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, such other day as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent).

  • Rate Determination Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.07(g).

  • Maximum Applicable Rate with respect to APS, has the meaning set forth in Section 11.10(a)(vii) of these Bylaws.

  • Screen Rate Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms as the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined and the Reference Rate specified in the applicable Final Terms is not XXXXX or SOFR, the Rate of Interest for each Interest Period will, subject as provided below, be either:

  • Expense Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Master Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate means, (a) for Auction Periods of 35 days or less, One-Month LIBOR, (b) for Auction Periods of more than 35 days but less than 91 days, Three-Month LIBOR, (c) for Auction Periods of more than 90 days but less than 181 days, Six-Month LIBOR, and (d) for Auction Periods of more than 180 days, One-Year LIBOR.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Base LIBOR Rate means the rate per annum, determined by Agent in accordance with its customary procedures, and utilizing such electronic or other quotation sources as it considers appropriate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16%), on the basis of the rates at which Dollar deposits are offered to major banks in the London interbank market on or about 11:00 a.m. (California time) 2 Business Days prior to the commencement of the applicable Interest Period, for a term and in amounts comparable to the Interest Period and amount of the LIBOR Rate Loan requested by Administrative Borrower in accordance with this Agreement, which determination shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

  • LIBOR Determination Date With respect to any Interest Accrual Period for the LIBOR Certificates, the second London Business Day preceding the commencement of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: Long-Term Ratings* Fitch Applicable Multiplier AAA to AA- 100% A+ to A- 000% BBB+ to BBB- 140% *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.

  • Hurdle Rate means the minimum annual rate of return over the Net Asset Value at launch, or the beginning of the relevant Performance Period, as applicable, that must be achieved before an Equalisation Performance Fee is applied (details of which are set out in the section headed “Unit Class Information” in the Supplement for the relevant Fund where applicable). This rate is accrued at each Valuation Point.

  • Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means a per annum rate of interest payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate on LIBOR Rate Loans, determined by reference to Section 1.6.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Term SOFR Rate means, with respect to any Term Benchmark Borrowing and for any tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, the Term SOFR Reference Rate at approximately 5:00 a.m., Chicago time, two U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the commencement of such tenor comparable to the applicable Interest Period, as such rate is published by the CME Term SOFR Administrator.
