Applicable Class B Equivalent Amount. With respect to each call, redemption, exchange or other transaction, or portion thereof, the applicable Unit Principal Balance of Class A Units (x) divided by the Initial Unit Principal Balance of the Class A Units and (y) multiplied by the initial issued number of Class B Units provided under "Number of Units " above.
