Dollar Equivalent Amount definition
Dollar Equivalent Amount means (i) with respect to any amount of Alternate Currency on any day, the equivalent amount in Dollars of such amount of Alternate Currency as determined by the Administrative Agent using the applicable Exchange Rate on such day and (ii) with respect to any amount of Dollars, such amount.
Dollar Equivalent Amount means, at any time, (a) as to any amount denominated in Dollars, the amount hereof at such time, and (b) as to any amount denominated in a currency other than Dollars, the equivalent amount in Dollars as determined by Agent at such time that such amount could be converted into Dollars by Agent according to prevailing exchange rates selected by Agent.
Dollar Equivalent Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to Dollars or an amount denominated in Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to an amount of any Foreign Currency, or an amount denominated in such Foreign Currency, the equivalent amount thereof in Dollars as determined by the Administrative Agent at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in accordance with the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of Dollars with such Foreign Currency.

Dollar Equivalent Amount of any currency at any date shall mean (i) the amount of such currency if such currency is in Dollars or (ii) the Equivalent Amount of Dollars if such currency is any currency other than Dollars as determined pursuant to Section 1.5.
