Annual Authority Administrative Fee definition

Annual Authority Administrative Fee means the annual fee for the general administrative expenses of the Authority as shall be set forth in the Authority’s Bond Purchase Agreement with the Fire District or the Fire District Bond.
Annual Authority Administrative Fee means an annual fee for the general administrative expenses of the Authority for each Series of Bonds, due on each anniversary of the Issue Date until such time as such Series of Bonds are no longer Outstanding in an amount equal to the amount of the actual fees which have been paid or incurred by the Authority for legal, auditing and rebate requirements, if any, in connection with such Series of Bonds and all other services or actions of the Authority in connection with this Lease Agreement; provided, however, that any such amount in excess of $5,000 shall require the prior written approval of the City.

Annual Authority Administrative Fee means an amount equal to 1/8 of 1% of the outstanding par amount of any Series of Bonds as an annual fee for the general administrative expenses of the Authority, or as may be set forth in a Supplemental Resolution or a Certificate of Authority Officer authorizing a Series of Bonds.

There are two (2) general categories of NPA. "Geographic NPA" is associated with a defined geographic area and all telephone numbers bearing such NPA are associated with services provided within that geographic area. A "Non-Geographic NPA," also known as a "Service Access Code" (SAC Code), is typically associated with a specialized Telecommunications Service which may be provided across multiple geographic NPA areas; 500, Toll Free Service NPAs, 700, and 900 are examples of Non-Geographic NPAs. "NXX," "NXX Code," "Central Office Code," or "CO Code" is the three- (3)-digit Switch entity code which is defined by the "D," "E" and "F" digits of a ten- (10) digit telephone number within the NANP. "Operational Support Systems" or "OSS" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12. "Optional Testing" is testing conducted by CenturyLink, at the request of CLEC, that is in lieu of testing CLEC should complete to isolate trouble to the CenturyLink network prior to submitting a trouble ticket to CenturyLink.

  • Third Party Administrator (TPA means any organization or institution that is licensed by the IRDA as a TPA and is engaged by the Company for a fee or remuneration for providing Policy and claims facilitation services to the Insured / Insured Person as well as to the Company for an insurable event.

The averaging period shall be 36 consecutive calendar months if the member contributes to the member investment plan except for a member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010; otherwise, the averaging period shall be 60 consecutive calendar months. A member who contributes to the member investment plan and first became a member on or after July 1, 2010 shall also have an averaging period of 60 consecutive calendar months. If the member has less than 1 year of credited service in the averaging period, the number of consecutive calendar months in the averaging period shall be increased to the lowest number of consecutive calendar months that contains 1 year of credited service.

  • Benefit Continuation Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b).

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.
